Protocol: CT.gov Sponsor Text Asymmetry

This protocol isolates description-vs-endpoint text imbalance inside named-sponsor CT.gov portfolios. A description-only gap is a study missing the detailed description field while retaining the primary outcome description, and a primary-only gap is the reverse. Net text asymmetry is description-only minus primary-only counts and rates. Primary outputs rank named sponsors with at least 100 studies by net asymmetry and asymmetry rate.
