Protocol: CT.gov Country Text Asymmetry

This protocol isolates description-vs-endpoint text imbalance inside country-linked CT.gov portfolios. A description-only gap is a study missing the detailed description field while retaining the primary outcome description, and a primary-only gap is the reverse. Net text asymmetry is description-only minus primary-only counts and rates. Primary outputs rank country-linked portfolios with at least 500 linked studies by net asymmetry and asymmetry rate.
