Protocol: CT.gov Country Overdue Debt

This protocol re-reads the geography backlog as accumulated overdue years beyond the two-year results mark rather than missing-results counts alone. Primary outputs compare country-linked overdue-debt stock, mean unresolved age, and raw missing-results stock across portfolios with at least 500 linked studies. The aim is to surface chronic silence as time as well as count. Country-linked portfolios are non-exclusive because multinational studies can contribute to more than one country row.
