Protocol: CT.gov Actual-Discipline Repeaters

This protocol defines an actual-discipline gap as a closed older study missing any of the registry fields covering actual primary completion, actual completion, or actual enrollment. Primary outputs compare named-sponsor stock and rate, sponsor-class rates, and component counts across the three actual-field domains. The aim is to isolate registry discipline around realized study timing and realized sample size. Missing actual-field markers do not by themselves establish legal violations or deliberate concealment.
