Network Meta-Analysis

Contrast-based frequentist NMA over an arbitrary treatment network. Connectivity check, network-graph preview, SUCRA with probability-of-best, league table of all relative effects. Multi-arm-trial correction off; use with caution per advanced-stats.md.

Contrasts

Data CSV: study, treatment1, treatment2, estimate, SE Each row is one pairwise contrast. Effect is treatment2 − treatment1 on the analysis scale (e.g. logOR).

Options Reference treatment Set to the comparator for the league table; all effects are re-expressed relative to it. Model Plot title
